Abstract

PRODUTO ANTI-HIPERTENSIVO FORMADO POR PEPTÍDEOS BIOATIVOS ENCAPSULADOS OBTIDOS DA BIOMASSA DE MICRORGANISMOS FOTOSSINTETIZANTES. A presente invenção refere-se à um produto constituído por peptídeos anti-hipertensivos extraídos de microrganismos fotossintetizantes presentes na biomassa celular hidrolisada ou peptídeos purificados encapsulados em biopolímero com propriedades relacionadas a biodegradação, baixa toxicidade e biocompatibilidade, servindo como uma possível alternativa natural para o tratamento anti-hipertensivo em humanos e animais. Os encapsulados anti-hipertensivos podem ser aplicados como aditivos alimentares, suplementação nutracêutica ou como matéria-prima para formulações farmacêuticas.
