Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE TERMOMETRIA PARA ABLAÇÃO COM NANOPARTÍCULAS. A presente invenção consiste em um dispositivo de termometria e acondicionamento de nanopartículas, mais especificamente o dispositivo auxilia no processo de ablação e hipertermia em ambiente laboratorial, aferindo a temperatura de tecidos biológicos e/ou fragmentos carregados com nanopartículas a partir do aquecimento por radiofrequência, utilizado na medição de curvas de temperatura, potência e impedância do tecido de trabalho, tais como nanopartículas poliméricas de PLA, PLGA, PCL, quitosana, alginatos, albumina, lipossomas, nanocristais, nanoemulsões, nanotubos de carbono, dendrímeros, nanopartículas à base de materiais inorgânicos e micelas poliméricas.
