A presente invenção se refere a um processo de obtenção de suplemento biofortificado a partir de folhas de mandioca e suplemento biofortificado. A presente invenção tem aplicação na área nutricional, especialmente na suplementação alimentar com o objetivo de aumentar o teor de ferro em produtos vegetais e também de origem animal.
