MÉTODO PARA RECUPERAÇÃO DE RELÓGIO BASEADO EM ESTIMADOR DE SEGUNDA ORDEM. Método para recuperação digital de relógio em uma estrutura de laço de realimentação. Essa invenção consiste em um bloco de estimação de desvio de instante de amostragem modificado para que sua saída dependa, além do valor estimado de desvio de instante de amostragem, da evolução temporal da derivada do mesmo, facilitando a convergência do sistema mesmo para valores elevados de desvio de frequência de amostragem.
