PATENTE DE INVENÇÃO MOLHO À BASE DE TAMARINDO. O presente invento refere-se a uma especialidade de bebida desconhecida no estado da técnica com a seguinte formulação: 35% de polpa de tamarindo, água (45 - 53%), 9% de óleo vegetal, açúcar (2 10%), 0,6% de sal, 0,02% de alho em pó, 0,03% de cebola em pó, 0,15% de pimenta do reino em pó, 0,08% de orégano desidratado, 0,02% de coentro em pó e 0,1% de goma xantana. A quantidade de água adicionada será baseada na quantidade de açúcar adicionado de forma a completar 100% da formulação, ou seja, se a quantidade de açúcar adicionado for 2% utiliza-se 53% de água.
