A presente invenção refere-se a filmes plásticos biodegradáveis a base de uma blenda de farinha de nopal (Opuntia ficus-indica) e amido aditivado com extrato aquoso de própolis, visando sua utilização como uma cobertura e/ou substituto do plástico sintético para a preservação de alimentos e/ou cosméticos sensíveis a oxidação.
