PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO E PURIFICAÇÃO DA L-ASPARAGINASE, EM SISTEMA VEGETAL E BACTERIANO, E O SEU USO TERAPÊUTICO EM FORMULAÇÕES PARA O TRATAMENTO DE LEUCEMIAS E OUTROS TIPOS DE CÂNCER. A presente invenção pertence ao campo da biotecnologia e consiste em um polipeptídio recombinante, expresso em plataforma vegetal e bacteriana, com a finalidade de uso médico e veterinário, usado em procedimentos terapêuticos antineoplásicos. O polipeptídio consiste em uma L-asparaginase tipo II oriunda da bactéria Proteus vulgaris, tendo seu gene modificado para a expressão nas respectivas plataformas. Além do método de expressão permitir mais solubilidade ao polipeptídio, o mesmo ainda pode conter modificações como glicanos e tags fusionadas a sua estrutura, o que contribui para sua imunogenicidade, estabilidade e purificação.
