MICROEMULSÃO-GEL DE RIVAROXABANA E PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE MICROEMULSÃO-GEL RIVAROXABANA. A presente invenção pertence ao campo de fármacos e micro/nanotecnologia. A presente invenção descreve uma formulação para administração transdérmica do rivaroxabana (RVX). Esta formulação, na forma de uma microemulsão-gel, apresentou atividade anticoagulante com potencial uso na prevenção e no tratamento de doenças trombóticas. A presente invenção apresenta inovação em termos da formulação e da via de administração proposta, sendo a formulação totalmente inédita e a via de administração também inédita para o fármaco em questão.
