NANOEMULSÃO COMPREENDENDO DESIDROEPIANDROSTERONA (DHEA) E SEU USO NA PREPARAÇÃO DE UM MEDICAMENTO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE DOENÇAS INFLAMATÓRIAS INTESTINAIS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma nanoemulsãocatiônica compreendendo o hormônio DHEA e seu uso na preparação de um medicamento para o tratamento de doenças inflamatórias intestinais (DII). Dita nanoemulsão revelou-se simples de ser obtida e escalonada, estável, e facilmente administrada por diversas vias de administração. Ainda, a nanoemulsão da presente invenção é um sistema de liberação que, pelo tamanho das gotículas da fase interna na escala nanométrica e composição graxa, possibilitou o aumento da solubilidade aparente no meio biológico do hormônio incorporado, melhorando a interação e internalização celular e consequentemente aumentou a biodisponibilidade do DHEA, favorecendo um maior efeito terapêutico.
