UREIA MICROPARTICULADA EM PECTINATO DE CÁLCIO PARA LIBERAÇÃO GRADUAL. A presente invenção refere-se ao desenvolvimento de sistemas microencapsulados através da microencapsulação de ureia utilizando a pectina cítrica como material de parede e a técnica de Extrusão/Gelificação iônica, possibilitando aplicação das micropartículas de pectinato de cálcio obtidas contendo ureia na Nutrição animal através da liberação gradual deste ingrediente (Ureia) na dieta de ruminantes, viabilizando sua utilização com maior segurança e diminuindo riscos de intoxicação ou mesmo óbito dos animais.
