REPOSITOR HIDROELETROLÍTICO A PARTIR DO SORO DE RICOTA E MARACUJÁ. A presente invenção consiste em uma bebida hidroeletrolítica a base de soro do queijo ricota e maracujá, com propriedades isotônicas naturais e seu respectivo processo de obtenção. Diferentes proporções do soro, polpa de maracujá e sacarose são misturados com água, filtrados e tratados termicamente, resultando em um produto com conteúdo equilibrado de açúcares e minerais e osmolalidade próxima da plasmática, além de fornecer compostos bioativos que contribuem para sua atividade antioxidante.
