PATENTE DE INVENÇÃO PRÉ-MISTURA PARA PÃO DE FORMA, COM FARINHAS DE TRIGO E DA AMÊNDOA DA CASTANHA DE CAJU (Anacardium Occidentale L.).A referida invenção trata-se de uma pré-mistura para o preparo de pães de forma, contendo ingredientes como: sal, açúcar, aditivos, farinhas de trigo, e, da amêndoa da castanha de caju, que contém boa quantidade de minerais e ácidos graxos insaturados, dispensando a adição de lipídios na pré-mistura e durante o preparo dos pães, quando o consumidor acrescentará apenas líquido e fermento biológico.
