Abstract

CARREADOR LIPÍDICO NANOESTRUTURADO COMPREENDENDO HIDROXIMETILNITROFURAL E SEU USO PARA O PREPARO DE UM MEDICAMENTO PARA TRATAR LEISHMANIOSE. A presente invenção se insere no campo da nanotecnologia, mais particularmente ela se refere a carreadores lipídicos nanoestruturados (CLN) compreendendo hidroximetilnitrofural (NFOH) no tratamento da Leishmaniose. Mais particularmente, a presente invenção revelou um CLN-NFOH estável, cuja concentração de NFOH menor no plasma em ratos após a administração oral apresentou resultados promissores, sendo o CLN-NFOH, portanto, considerado um potencial candidato para o preparo de medicamento oral para tratar leishmaniose.
