Abstract

EFEITO ANTIDEPRESSIVO DE UMA TRIAZOIL-ZIDOVUDINA RESUMO. A presente invenção refere-se a capacidade da molécula 5-(4-fluorofenil)-1-(2-(hidroximetil)-5-(5-metil-2,4-dioxo3,4-diidropirimidina -1(2H)-il)tetra-hidrofurano-3-il)-1H1,2,3-triazol-4-carbonitrila (4-FTzCNAZT) em apresentar efeito antidepressivo quando administradas em camundongos. A molécula da presente invenção é vantajosa por apresentar efeito em um rápido intervalo de tempo e em baixa dose, sendo capazes de reverter o comportamento depressivo e o estresse oxidativo.
