Tais implantes são preparados de modo a compreender uma maior área superficial de contato implante/tecidos adjacentes, microestrutura porosa com geometria complexa com tamanho de poros controlado e diversificado o que confere diversas vantagens técnicas.Ainda, a presente invenção refere-se a processo de preparação dos referidos implantes e/ou parafusos com estrutura otimizada para aceleração da osseointegração. Por fim, a presente invenção se refere a uso dos ditos implantes como carreadores de drogas ou células de modo a tratar o local, promover sua cicatrização, regeneração tecidual ou promover crescimento celular.
