Abstract

NANOPARTÍCULAS LIPÍDICAS SÓLIDAS DE CERA DE ABELHA COM ENCAPSULAÇÃO SIMULTÂNEA DE FÁRMACO HIDROFÍLICO E FÁRMACO LIPOFÍLICO VIA DUPLA EMULSÃO LIVRE DE SOLVENTE, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA PARA O TRATAMENTO SINÉRGICO DE MELANOMA CUTÂNEO E PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma nanopartícula lipídica sólida de cera de abelha preparada pelo processo de dupla emulsão água/óleo/água, sem utilização de solvente orgânico, contendo simultaneamente na mesma nanoestrutura um fármaco hidrofílico e um fármaco lipofílico para tratamento terapêutico sinérgico de melanoma cutâneo, associados a um processo de dupla emulsão sem a utilização de solvente orgânico visando a encapsulação simultânea de ambos os fármacos.
