A presente patente de invenção diz respeito a uma roupa intima terapêutica descartável e absorvente com ou sem abertura lateral ou bilateral confeccionada em tecido de baixo custo, com absorvente provido de fita ânion, que compreende a função terapêutica, afixado na parte inferior interna onde ficam retidos todos os líquidos inerentes a menstruação, urina, corrimento, secreção, pomadas, etc. não permitindo possível vazamento. Sendo ela totalmente descartável após o uso, que pode ser fabricada no segmento têxtil, industrial ou artesanal.
