Trata-se de dedeira acessória (10) para higienização oral em pessoas com necessidades especiais - PNE - ou profissionais da saúde, por exemplo, cirurgião dentista, em auxiliar do cirurgião dentista, para auxílio e estabilização do procedimento odontológico, e também profissionais da enfermagem e cuidadores em ambiente hospitalar e doméstico, nos cuidados das pessoas acamadas; dita dedeira (10) é formada por peça única configurada por haste tubular (11) com abertura (11a) de largura (l1) e comprimento (c1) para a colocação do dedo do usuário cuidador (UD) e abridor extremo (12) da arcada dentária da pessoa com necessidades especiais - PNE - (UN).
