A plataforma de corte (110) inclui uma estrutura (112) com um piso (204) tendo pelo menos um entalhe (202) no mesmo. O sistema de limpeza (200) inclui pelo menos uma porta (210), um elemento alongado (220) conectado operacionalmente a pelo menos uma porta (210), e pelo menos um atuador (230, 240) conectado ao elemento alongado (220). O elemento alongado (220) é rotativo por pelo menos um atuador (230, 240) para deslizar pelo menos uma porta (210) entre uma primeira posição para cobrir pelo menos um entalhe (202) e uma segunda posição para descobrir pelo menos parcialmente pelo menos um entalhe (202) e permitir que um material indesejado passe através de pelo menos um entalhe (202).
