Abstract
BIOPRODUÇÃO DE CONCENTRADO PROTEICO. A presente invenção refere-se ao processo de extração do concentrado proteico das folhas de vegetais por autocoagulação, centrifugação e liofilização. Realizado por fermentação anaeróbia seguida de liofilização, tem demonstrado ser bastante promissor e de simples execução para coagulação de proteínas vegetais com baixo custo de produção e com alto teor de proteínas.
