Abstract

A presente invenção se refere a um micromolde rígido obtido por impressão 3D com disposição de pinos específica, nos quais os pinos possuem base sextavada e extremidade hemiesférica. É um objeto adicional o uso do micromolde para obtenção de um contramolde de hidrogel para cultura celular e formação de esferoides celulares. O presente objeto possui a aplicação na área de biotecnologia e saúde, mais especificamente na área de biologia celular, teste de fármacos e engenharia tecidual.
