Abstract
PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO DO PÓ DA BIOMASSA DE LEVEDURA POR MEIO DA SECAGEM EM CAMADA DE ESPUMA. A presente invenção trata-se da obtenção da espuma da levedura Rhodotorula Glutinis e sua posterior secagem em camada de espuma em estufa com circulação de ar, com o intuito de obter um produto final em pó. Esse produto tem grande aplicabilidade na indústria de alimentos, farmacêutica e de cosméticos, e sua obtenção em pó falicita o seu transporte e armazenamento, tornando possível o acesso a esse material em diferentes regiões.
