Abstract
CONJUNTO DE MICROFUSÍVEIS, E, MÉTODO PARA ENCAPSULAR UM CONJUNTO DE MICROFUSÍVEIS. Um conjunto de microfusíveis inclui um substrato e um número de microfusíveis de película delgada no substrato, e uma pastilha de cobertura configurada para engatar de maneira vedada a pelo menos um dentre o substrato ou os microfusíveis de película delgada para definir uma cavidade entre os mesmos. A cavidade é configurada para encapsular os microfusíveis de película delgada dentro de um ambiente inerte vedado dentro da cavidade. Um método para encapsular um conjunto de microfusíveis dentro de um ambiente inerte usando uma pastilha de cobertura também é divulgado.
