NANOEMULSÃO DE EXTRATO DE PRÓPOLIS COMO CONSERVANTE DE BEBIDAS. A presente invenção diz respeito à nanoemulsão constituída de tensoativos, óleo e do extrato etanólico de própolis, seu processo de obtenção e composições, visando viabilizar a utilização como conservante alimentar. A formulação O/A descrita foi caracterizada como sendo nanoemulsão monodispersa e estável, com efeito conservante em suco de fruta, representando uma melhor incorporação de extratos em alimentos e possibilidade de mascarar o sabor desagradável de própolis nos alimentos incorporados.
