A presente tecnologia trata de uma pele artificial tridimensional compreendendo uma bicamada formada por uma membrana artificial compreendendo quitosana e gelatina e uma matriz tridimensional porosa composta de quitosana e polihidroxibutirato. Trata também do processo de preparação da pele artificial tridimensional e de seu uso como cobertura e arcabouço para migração celular em processo regenerativo de lesões na pele de humanos e outros mamíferos.
