DISPOSITIVO PARA MEDIÇÃO, LEITURA E ARMAZENAMENTO ININTERRUPTOSDE DADOS PARA O GERENCIAMENTO DA TEMPERATURA DE LÍQUIDOSDURANTE O TRANSPORTE. Consiste em dispositivo (1) automatizado e portátil desenvolvido para realizar amedição e leitura da temperatura de líquidos, tais como, os laticínios, sucos, água,cítricos dentre outros, em tanques (10) de caminhões, ou congêneres, durante otransporte, baseando-se em um microcontrolador (5) com tecnologia Bluetooth® capazde realizar um histórico integral de armazenamento da mensuração da temperatura(11) durante todo o transporte justamente por não necessitar de rede WiFi, sendo quedispositivo (1) automatizado e portátil permite programar variação de tempo que ousuário desejar (12). Além disso, o dispositivo (1) automatizado e portátil disponibilizaalarmes e gestão de relatórios por meio de interface com o usuário (13).
