Abstract
ADESIVO PARA COLETA DE DNA E MÉTODO DE EXTRAÇÃO, PURIFICAÇÃO E SEQUENCIAMENTO.Um adesivo e método de obtenção de DNA humano para análise genética, compreendendo a etapa de extração de DNA de uma região da epiderme com folha adesiva, em que a epiderme é retirada de uma pessoa a ser estudada por meio de folha adesiva. O método de extração de dedos polegares permite a obtenção de DNA de muito boa qualidade para manipulações subsequentes com utilidade diagnóstica.
