O processo da presente invenção constitui-se de obtenção de um produto farináceo contendo resíduos industriais de sementes de goiaba e cascas de caju e manga por elaboração a partir da secagem via micro-ondas. A invenção tem potencial aplicabilidade na área de alimentos, visando sua utilização na preparação de produtos para alimentação humana e animal.
