DISPERSÃO SÓLIDA À BASE DE LQIT/GQ-238 PARA TRATAMENTO ESQUISTOSSOMICIDA.A presente patente de invenção refere-se à dispersão sólida à base de LQIT/GQ-238 para tratamento esquistossomicida. Para o desenvolvimento dessa dispersão, foi utilizada a técnica de solvente e o carreador hidrofílico utilizado foi o PVP-K30. Houve uma significativa melhora na solubilidade e biodisponibilidade oral do LQIT/GQ-238. Nos estudos in vitro, verificou-se que a dispersão sólida aumentou a eficiência em 110,81% quando comparada ao LQIT/GQ-238 na forma livre, frente ao verme adulto. A dispersão à base de LQIT/GQ-238 apresenta maior solubilidade e maior estabilidade, devido ao LQIT/GQ-238 estar dispersa no carreador, dificultando sua cristalização. A dispersão à base de LQIT/GQ-238 é um produto intermediário que pode ser utilizado no desenvolvimento de formulações farmacêuticas para tratamento esquistossomicida.
