A presente invenção trata de uma etapa do processo produtivo de um tipo específico de cerveja, com adição de mel de engenho ao final da fervura do mosto. A adição de mel de engenho possibilita a obtenção de uma cerveja com aroma e sabor característico de melado, menos encorpada, mais alcoólica e com maior refrescância. Desta forma, a etapa de inclusão do mel de engenho dá características únicas ao produto final.
