Abstract
A invenção refere-se ao processo de obtenção de filmes de quitosana com um derivado de N-acilidrazônico, de nomenclatura N?-((1H-indol-3yl) metileno)-2-cianoacetrohidrazida (JR19), para aplicações na saúde e/ou animal. A subunidade N-acilidrazônico baseia-se em um fragmento de caráter privilegiado, como atividade antiinflamatória. Assim, a presente invenção é uma associação da JR19 com o polímero de quitosana para formação de filmes, com o objetivo de promover uma nova proposta farmacoterapêutica para o tratamento de lesões cutâneas.
