Abstract
A presente invenção trata-se de uma pré-mistura para o preparo de pães sem glúten, contendo ingredientes como: sal, açúcar, aditivos, polvilhos, e, farinha da amêndoa da castanha de caju, que contém boa quantidade de minerais (sódio, potássio, cálcio, magnésio, ferro, cobre, zinco, manganês, cobalto, níquel e selênio), e, ácidos graxos polinsaturados, dispensando a adição de óleos e gorduras na pré-mistura e durante o preparo dos pães, quando o consumidor acrescentará apenas líquido e fermento biológico.
