Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE AZOXISTROBINA.Descreve um método para preparação de azoxistrobina que compreende as seguintes etapas: (a) mistura de (E)-2-[2-(6-cloropirimidin-4-ilóxi)fenil]-3-metoxiacrilato de metila, 2-cianofenol, carbonato de potássio e de 10 a 80% em mols de 1-metilpirrolidina como catalisador em um solvente aprótico para formar uma mistura básica e reação da mistura básica de 2 a 5 horas a uma temperatura de 60 a 120°C; e (b) sujeição da mistura básica após a reação da Etapa (a) a uma primeira destilação sob uma pressão reduzida de 10.665,8 a 15.998,7Pa (80 a 120torr) a 70-80°C para obtenção da azoxistrobina.
