APLICAÇÃO DE PARTES COMESTÍVEIS DE ROMÃ (PUNICA GRANATUM L.) EM FORMULAÇÕES DE PÃES E MACARRÃO. A invenção ora apresentada diz respeito a inclusão de partes comestíveis (casca e polpa) de romã emformulações de pães tipo francês, de fôrma, ciabatta e/ou baguete, biscoitos doces e salgados e massas para macarrão e lasanha. Entre as características inovadoras estão a adição 0,1% a 30% de farinha da casca de romã e de 0,1% a 100% de polpa de romã em substituição a quantidade de água utilizada nas formulações, bem como na obtenção dos pães através da tecnologia de massas congeladas.
