PROCESSO DE SÍNTESE PARA FORMAÇÃO DE LIGAÇÃO PEPTÍDICA INTRAMOLECULAR. A invenção descreve um processo de síntese o qual envolve a formação de ligação peptídica intramolecular através da conjugação de um ácido orgânico com o seu sal sob aquecimento brando. O referido processo não necessita de aditivos como ativadores da reatividade e, principalmente, não forma subprodutos. Ainda, o ácido orgânico e seu sal podem ser recuperados por operações simples (tais como destilação e cristalização), aumentando as vantagens de sua aplicação.
