Abstract

A presente Patente de Invenção refere-se a um inovadordispositivo destinado a permitir o auxílio a manter o côndilo mandibular emsua posição anatômica em cirurgias que necessitam de reconstruçõesmandibulares com ressecção de mandíbula com tumores para posterioresenxertias e também em cirurgia ortognática, onde o ramo e corpomandibular são separados. O presente invento é basicamente constituídode uma placa(1) fixada por parafusos(2) na maxila(3), dotada de uma hasteperpendicular(4) e de uma presilha de pressão(5) por mola(6) fixada noramo mandibular(7), também dotada de uma haste perpendicular(8), sendoas ditas hastes(4) e (8) ligadas por uma haste vertical(9) e ajustadas porduas conexões de aperto manual(10).
