EMBALAGEM ATIVA COM ÓLEO ESSENCIAL DE ORÉGANO NACONSERVAÇÃO DE PÃO DE HAMBÚRGUERA presente invenção trata da elaboração de uma embalagem ativa contendo 0,5% de óleo essencial de orégano. Os filmes ativos foram produzidos a partir do uso de acetato de celulose. A embalagem aumentou o tempo de prateleira para 24 dias, inibindo o crescimento de fungos filamentosos e atribuindo características sensoriais aceitáveis pelos consumidores.
