FARINHA DA TORTA DA SEMENTE DE FAVELEIRA PARAAPLICAÇÃO ANTIOXIDANTE E NUTRACÊUTICAA presente invenção refere-se ao processo de obtenção de farinha da torta da semente de faveleira. O farináceo proposto promove o aproveitamento integral dos alimentos e colabora com a sustentabilidade do meio ambiente, uma vez que usa um resíduo ambiental como matéria prima. A farinha proposta tem elevado teor de fibras, boa atividade antioxidante e alta quantidade de compostos, que podem desempenhar atividades benéficas no organismo humano, auxiliando no combate aos radicais livres, e na prevenção e tratamento de doenças, como câncer, diabetes e arteriosclerose.
