NANOEMULSÕES CONTENDO FRAÇÃO DE Protium spruceanum,PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICAA presente invenção refere nanoemulsões constituídas de tensoativos, óleo e da fração acetato etilênica de folhas de Protium spruceanum, seu processo de obtenção e composições farmacêuticas, visa viabilizar a veiculação e administração dessa fração para fins terapêuticos. As formulações A/O e O/A descritas foram caracterizadas como sendo nanoemulsões monodispersas, sendo as primeiras com fração de Protium spruceanum como princípio ativo. O sistema nanoemulsionado O/A descrito representa uma melhor incorporação de extratos e frações polares insolúveis em água, já que inclui a dissolução do material em dimetilssulfóxido (DMSO).
