A presente invenção situa-se no campo da química tecnológica e refere?se à produção de uma graxa lubrificante de lítio obtida a partir de resíduos oleosos industriais oriundos da produção de latas de alumínio. Tal graxa lubrificante pode ser utilizada em máquinas e equipamentos, minimizando o atrito entre as diversas superfícies de contato e em substituição ao uso de graxas lubrificantes comerciais.
