PROCESSO PARA REATIVAÇÃO DE CÉLULAS FOTOVOLTAICAS. É descrito um processo para reativação de células fotovoltaicas, ao final do seu tempo de vida útil, mediante recobrimento com filme fino de diamante sintético que, recebendo as dopagens do tipo P (positivo) e N (negativo), se torna um semicondutor, realizando a mesma função que o silício inserido na placa fotovoltaica, e convertendo a energia solar em energia elétrica.
