Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de módulo de detecção, que é provido para monitorar uma máquina ou estrutura vibratória, tal como uma bomba, que inclui montagem de três pontos no aparelho, para montar com segurança o aparelho à máquina ou estrutura vibratória. A configuração da montagem de três pontos provê o módulo sensor, com uma conexão de montagem muito rígida, para virtualmente qualquer condição de superfície, incluindo plana, curvada ou irregular. Todos os seis graus de autonomia (X, Y, Z, teta-X, teta-Y e teta-Z) são apropriadamente restringidos. A montagem de três pontos também provê uma barreira ou intervalo de ar entre o módulo de detecção e a superfície do equipamento, permitindo o sensor ser montado em dispositivos de temperatura de superfície mais alta.
