Abstract
A presente invenção propicia a produção de farinha de sementegerminada de jaca para elaboração de farinha. O processo da presenteinvenção constitui-se em uma invenção obtida a partir da secagem, maisespecificamente em secador convectivo, de sementes de jacagerminadas. A invenção tem potencial de aplicabilidade nodesenvolvimento de novos produtos, buscando fontes nutricionaisalternativas, como suplemento alimentar e como aproveitamento deresíduos agrícolas importantes e normalmente desperdiçados.
