Abstract
MÉTODO DE ESTAMPAGEM A QUENTE. Fornecido é um método para a fabricação de peças de veículos com uma resistência ultra-alta de 500 Mpa ou mais usando estampagem a quente. O método inclui: formar uma peça bruta aquecida em um aparelho de formação por pressão; e tirar a peça bruta formada do aparelho de formação por pressão e consecutivamente cortar a peça bruta com um molde de aparo. Uma temperatura de peça bruta no momento do corte pode ser de 150 ° C a 330 ° C.
