As microcápsulas da presente invenção apresentamalto conteúdo de bioativos e permite a eliminação da etapade despolpamento e de descascamento do fruto no processo deprodução.A presente invenção se insere no campo de aplicaçõesfarmacêuticas, alimentícias e cosméticas, e apresenta umproduto com atividade antioxidante e estimulante.
