OBTENÇÃO DO PÓ DA ENTRECASCA DO JUÁ (ZIZIPHUS JOAZEIRO) ATRAVÉS DA SECAGEM EM CAMADA DE ESPUMA. A presente invenção está relacionada ao campo técnico da secagem/desidratação de produtos de origem vegetal, constituindo-se de um processo de obtenção da entrecasca do juá em pó por meio de sua secagem em camada de espuma. Esse produto tem grande aplicabilidade na indústria de cosméticos, de limpeza em geral e farmacêutica e sua obtenção em pó facilita o seu transporte e armazenamento, tornando possível o acesso desse material em diferentes regiões.
