Abstract
Em um elemento de rolamento, para um rolamento deslizante, tal como um rolamento principal do eixo da manivela, um revestimento do rolamento 4 suporta uma camada deslizante, ou cobertura, 12. A cobertura é de um polímero de poliamida-imida, em que o teor de amina do polímero inclui pelo menos uma diamina fluorinatada e pelo menos uma diamina não fluorinatada. Um método para produção do material de rolamento inclui as etapas de copolimerização de um monômero de anidrido, uma diamina fluorinatada e uma diamina não fluorinatada para formar o material de polímero plástico de poliamida/imida da superfície deslizante do rolamento. A superfície deslizante pode também compreender materiais de enchimento no interior de uma matriz do material de polímero plástico de poliamida/imida.
