A presente invenção trata das balas de polpa de frutas que são consistidas de entre 8 e 12 % p/p de um espessante; entre 10 e 30 % p/v de polpa de frutas pertencentes ao grupo consistido de açaí, cupuaçu, camu-camu, cubiu, graviola, taperebá, maracujá, bacaba, acerola, borojó, goiaba, araçá-boi, abacaxi, mamão, murici, buriti, abiu, bacuri, mapati, ingá, jambo, pitomba, umbu, pequi, manga, cacau, jenipapo, mari-mari, sapota, mirtilo-amazônico, biribá, sorva, camapu e pitaia; entre 25 e 65 % p/p de ao menos um agente adoçante; de aditivos nutricionalmente aceitáveis; e seu processo de produção.
