COMPRIMIDO EFERVESCENTE DE BATATA DOCE ROXA (IPOMEA BATATAS L.) ENRIQUECIDA COM ÁCIDO ASCÓRBICO. Refere-se ao produto comprimido efervescente de batata roxa doce enriquecida com ácido ascórbico obtido do processo de prensagem da farinha da batata doce roxa (ipomea batatas l.) e farinha de gengibre enriquecida com ácido ascórbico (vitamina C). O produto é rico em fibras, sendo uma importante fonte de ferro, potássio, vitaminas, composta ativa e compostos antioxidantes (carotenoides e compostos fenólicos), caracterizando-se um produto energético prático e indispensável na dieta de muitos atletas.
