A presente invenção refere-se a um bloco nutricional utilizado para melhorar odesenvolvimento nutricional/ponderal de ruminantes e tratamento antihelmíntico,especialmente, para o verme Haemonchus contortus. Através dacombinação de Operculina hamiltonii ou Mormodica charantia ou Crotonblanchetianus ou Cymbopogon citratus, a invenção melhora a nutrição doanimal e tem efeito curativo do verme Haemonchus contortus, ampliando aperformance do desenvolvimento ponderal e imunológico do animal. Ainvenção também pode ser utilizada para o tratamento de outros parasitas eem outros animais.
